Please read and understand the following terms before renting a vehicle from us:
Rental Timing
Rental timing is strictly from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM (24 hours).
Minimum rental duration is 2 days.
Usage Restrictions
Vehicles are to be driven within Goa only.
Crossing the Goa border will incur a border tax of ₹6000 + GST.
Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₹10,000 will be charged if violated, plus any police fines.
Documents & Payments
You must provide one original ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License).
A security deposit of ₹3000 per car is required.
Full rental amount must be paid in advance in cash.
Fuel and parking charges are to be borne by the customer.
Fuel Policy
Cars must be returned with the same fuel level as provided on Day 1.
Extra fuel will not be refunded.
Driving Rules
Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.
Drinking and smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If the car returns with odour or stains, additional charges will apply.
Please keep the car clean inside for the comfort of the next customer.
Follow all traffic rules – speed cameras are active throughout Goa.
Any damage to the car must be paid by the hirer. All vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance, but liability remains with the customer in case of damage or misuse.
